Assessing financial claims
Assessing cost impact of escalation and any delaying and/or disrupting event
Reporting to employer on overall budget
Establishing contractual procedures in line with contract documents
Assessing all documents that affect the employer’s contractual rights
Assessing contractual merit of claims by the engineer and contractor
Assessing overall contractual risks on the project
Monitoring compliance of engineer and contractor with contract documents
Reporting to employer on overall contractual status
